Small bumps on the face

Not every small bump is the same.
Flat warts are one possible explanation for small, flat-topped bumps, but other skin changes can look similar. Avoid picking, shaving closely over, or using harsh home-removal methods on an uncertain facial lesion. A changing, bleeding, painful, facial or genital lesion deserves clinical assessment.
